We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Items eligible for exchange must:
* Be unused and unwashed
* Have original tags and packaging intact
* Be in the same condition as received

Exchanges are applicable for:
* Size issues
* Damaged products
* Incorrect items received

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted only for:
* Damaged products
* Defective items
* Wrong product delivered

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
